Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order or if it doesn’t match the description, post it back to us within 15 days of purchase with your order reference and you will be refunded the price of the article (excluding the shipment costs). Returned products must not have been used, damaged, altered and must be returned in their original packaging.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Provence en Couleur Home-Decor will reserve the right not to refund a customer who did not respect the conditions of return. If all conditions are met as mentioned above,  Provence en Couleur shall refund its customer within fifteen (15) days following the cancellation notice, providing that returned products have been received. Refunds are made via Paypal if customer has a registered Paypal account or by check sent by registered mail to the delivery address given when the order was made. The return address is:
