Shipping Rate

$15 Flat Rate shipping for orders within Canada. Free shipping for all orders over CAD$100 (before tax) in Canada.

$15 Flat Rate shipping for orders to the United States. Free shipping for all orders over US$100. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These fees are collected at delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

For Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and other remote regions, please contact us at info@provenceencouleur.com for a shipping quote.

Processing Time 

Orders are dispatched as soon as we receive the payment, it is usually ship within 2-3 business days and shipping times depend on your location. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.

Following up your order

Once a parcel is shipped, we always email a detailed invoice with a tracking number.
