Shipping Rate

$15 Flat Rate shipping for orders within Canada.

$15 Flat Rate shipping for orders to the United States.

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within Canada and the USA.
All paid shipping rates are non-refundable. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Estimated shipping transit times are:

• Within Canada: 1–5 business days

• To the USA: 5–7 business days

For international (U.S.) orders, additional charges may apply, including duties, import fees, customs fees, taxes, local government fees, and carrier handling fees. These fees are imposed by the shipping carrier and are beyond our control.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on demand and seasonal factors. We cannot guarantee delivery times, as they are outside our control.

A tracking number is provided for all online orders. It is the receiver’s responsibility to monitor their shipment(s). If a package is undeliverable due to an incomplete address, not retrieved within the carrier’s time limit, or refused by the receiver and subsequently returned to us, the order will be refunded minus all return shipping fees, carrier charges, and unpaid import or government fees incurred.

These fees are the responsibility of the receiver and are separate from our standard shipping rates.

Your online order may be cancelled at our discretion.
Any damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
