I absolutely love Provence en Couleur lip balms as a former chapstick addict.
I like the idea behind the packaging and appreciate the no plastic approach. But, I’m not a fan of it as it’s a constant struggle. There is no twist to move the balm up to use it and I need a chopstick or something similar to push it up once it’s about half gone. The plastic wrap on the tube wears off and makes a mess of the balm when putting it back in the lid each time and balm gets smeared on the outer cap. My last one I put it into a small container to save my sanity.
A very small inconvenience for the trade off of a high quality balm and I will continue to struggle as my lips wouldn’t survive without it.
